I've Ended My Green Tobacco Research

I've discontinued testing and taking tobacco. I've taken a small portion in my green juice  for about two years. The small dosage determines the toxicity. However, even with a small dose I was developing symptoms that prompted me to discontinue taking tobacco.

Tobacco is a beautiful plant but one I can live without. Here are the symptoms: Tinnitus like symptoms of whooshing sounds and mild throbbing of the ears and head. It takes about two weeks to return to normal. I believe the nicotine constricts the blood vessels causing high blood pressure which accounts for the symptoms.

This is the heirloom Virginia Gold tobacco I was testing. Your body is the best indicator of what reactions you might be getting from eating different foods. Listen to it and discard the foods that might be giving you discomfort.

There are so many different herbs to try that I will not miss tobacco. Just recently I found black barley. It sprouts really fine. I can't wait to juice it. I also been juicing hulled sesame seeds, chia, and fenugreek.
