Mr Magoo Gardening

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WgehbV_AcAU

Mr Magoo didn't have great eyesight. It always posed some problems for him. But what about gardeners. Are we that sightful?

I grew a lot of tomatoes this year but didn't realize they were disappearing before it was too late. I suspect a raccoon. The animal liked his tomato green and fully ripened. I finally took some action. I'm trying a bird net. It would be very hard trying to pass a tomato through this one tough net.

Sometimes food grows on its own. Maybe it was a thrown away melon that sprouted the following year in your yard. Let it grow. You might find some ripe melons ready for your table.

You might have had a bad year for corn. Never give up. Plant more corn next to the stunted stalks. Later on during the year, you might just find a healthy corn stalk bearing gifts.

Save the seeds from the flower plants you like

The bumble bees and honey bees are doing fine this year. Be careful where you walk, they might fly up your pant legs.
