Green Juice Mulch

Whenever I'm finished with juicing I always have mulch left over for my plants.

Bucket plants like this pepper really likes the extra mulch.

I juice at least three times a week. On the days I do not juice, I add three green juice ice cubes (1/2 pint size cubes) with water to my small electric blender and drink it two times a day.

I'm getting the juice saved up for when I am not able to juice. I'll also save some fresh juice in a 6 pint jar in the refrigerator. I drink it fresh while I can and then go for the cubes.

Wheat grass is an abundant source SOD (superoxide dismutase). SOD is a powerful antioxidant and anti-aging enzyme. I hope you like living long. SOD might or at least some claim can lengthen your years. SOD can help remove wrinkles and age lines, slow the aging process, and facilitate a longer, healthier life.

I drink the wheatgrass juice not because of its fantastic claims of an anti-aging elixir, but for the simple reason that it makes me feel better.

CHI is the vital energy that is held to animate the body internally and is of central importance in some Eastern systems of medical treatment (as acupuncture) and of exercise or self-defense (as tai chi). I am one of those who can feel the vital energy or force called Chi from eating certain foods. We can increase our Chi energy by eating certain foods.

Whenever we need a boost in energy during day, we should drink our green juice. However, mix your juice with water so it won't taste as bad. Have you taken your medicine today? Most all super foods have one thing in common, they taste as bad as medicines without the capsules.

Don't be a sissy and drink every drop of your Chi enriching drinks. They might taste bad to you, but its really good for you. Honest!

My juice mixture of the day: I juiced a bucket of wheatgrass, and another bucket of oregano, lettuce, alfalfa, and dandelion.
