Scrambled Eggs

I'll be eating asparagus until it comes out of my ears. You can pick it from April to June. The more you pick the more it comes up.

I made scrambled eggs with onion and asparagus. I added the flowers for beauty. You should cut out the green from the dandelion flowers or they might taste bitter. When you do cut them for eating they look more like this:

The flower falls apart after you cut the green out. However, It's true,  I did not taste any bitterness. In fact, they had no taste at all.

Asparagus is easy to grow. It never fails. Each year I have a ton of them. More than I can handle.
