A storm is brewing. I remember when hail came one year and wiped out our family garden. Everyone was sad at our garden's demise. I don't worry anymore. If the storm comes early enough I can still re-plant. The bales are all in position, and the plants are easy to replace.
If the worse happens, I can rest and enjoy juicing herbs for a while. But then again, I could always plant in the fall. Did you know there is late season corn that you can plant later in the year?
